I have hit a big wall and even gone backwards during the last two weeks of cycle and need some advice. Three weeks ago was benching 345 for two and the last few chest workouts have struggled with 315 for two. My chest is the only body part that I have lost strength. I work Chest with triceps together twice a week with 10-12 sets. I have concentrated more on heavy sets and need some advice. I have been doing flat bench staight bar as one of my exercises for about a year. Do I need to change things up?
