I busted my ankle pretty good a while back and now I cant put any pressure on it. Squats, lunges, and anything involving my feet like that have been almost impossible to do. Does anyone have any alternitave workouts for my legs?

Can't work legs w/out feet!
Leg extensions, but not only are those bad for the knees, they won't add any mass at all.

it has been almost 4 months now and it is better but still not squatable. i tried squatting with like 100 and could only get 2 reps before the pain was too much.
