    Chest question

I have pretty good definition on my chest but I am lacking muscle in the armpit area, where the chest kind of connects to the armpit/shoulder. Im pretty sure if I had more mass on the part of my chest, my whole upper body would look alot better. How do I build up that part of my chest? No one I talk to seems to know.

I say db flies, cable flies, or db shoulder presses.

Damn, I've gotta start doing db flies again.

I do dumbell shoulder presses like crazy (80lbs each) and same with cable crossovers but still lacking in the armpit/chest area. I never touched dumbell flies before, I will do those on me next chest day.

Wide grip benches will do wonders. Grap out about as far as you can on the bar.
