I always thought it was just me..but a few friends of mine have stated recently that my arms dont seem to look proportional to the rest of my body...my chest i think makes them look smaller and my shoulders....I was wondering if there are any special routines to do to help?...should i lay off the chest?...I do hit my back, legs, deadlifts, everything...any1 have any advice....i will try to get some pics up my digital cam isnt workn right now
