Finally, a pretty good lift tonight. Despite eating like shit and drinking beer this weekend I managed to deadlift 515/6 tonight and got up to 120's on incline db presses for 3 sets of 10. I usually just get up to 5 plates on deadlifts(495) but tonight I said **** it and threw on a couple tens more, figured it was time to quit being a little ***** and get to that 6 plates by Spring time. I've been off juice for almost a month now, it sux.
