Whats the best day to maximize Chest Development. I mean wh day should i do chest to get he best growth out of them. So far heres my training slip:
mond-legs
tues-chest
weds-off
thursday-back/bis
friday-shoulder, traps and tris
Now should i keep it like this, or should i put chest on mondy or put chest on friday. Or does anyone have better suggestions. thanks.
