To get really ripped abs, you need ultra low body fat percentage. Post in the diet forum and make sure your diet is up to par. Sometimes water retention can blur your abdominal definition. Make sure to watch your sodium intake closely.Originally Posted by rogert

My favorite lateral flexion oblique exercise is the DB side bend exercise. Most of the bodybuilders will tell you to avoid these because they will cause excess hypertrophy of the obliques. Just an old-school myth.

Its all about low bodyfat, papi is right. However seems like no matter what I do I cant get the bottom2..It can be very difficult
