www.defrancostraining.com, westside for skinny bastards program on there.not a traditional westside template but very effective for size/strength/explosiveness.good program because you can follow it to youre needs.www.ironaddicts.com, has a ton of modified westside templates, some geared for bodybuilding than specificaly for just competitive powerlifting.i think there are like 2 and 3 days modified training templates instead of the traditional 4day ME/DE days.check'm out.
