only sometimes, whatever I find in the fridge.

As you can see plenty of protein, carbs and fat, roughly 5,000+ calories a day. I dont have the time to eat a strict clean diet. My training routine is a split 3 nights in the gym with plenty of rest. Gained 11 lbs in 4 weeks so far
