Do you think you put on MORE LBM on a dirty bulk?

Assume the protein intake in both is abuot the same maybe lil higher in the dirty bulk min of say 400g Pro

cal range are 6-8k kCals Daily

only thing that really changes are higher GI Foods, More Sat Fats, lil more calorie value, MORE GREASE!
