    Anabolic Bulk: How much to do?

    I'm about to run a 12 week cycle of Test E in the next few months and was wondering how much intensity I need to add to my workouts?

    Chest: Bench, Incline, Dips, Flys all 3x10
    Back: Deads, BOR, 1 arm Dbell rows, pullups all 3x10
    Bis: BBell curls, hammer curls, incline dbells all 3x10
    Tris: Close grip bench, pull downs, skull crushers all 3x10
    Legs: Leg extensions, leg curls, squats, pressess all 3x10

    I do chest and tris together, back and bis together and legs by themselves.

    Should I just bump up my numbers or add new lifts? Thanks for the tips.

    i always lift 3 on 1 off. the first three heavy and hard, the next 3 a little lighter. when i go on cycle i go heavy and hard all the time and usually add 1 or two sets to everything i do. some would say it's overtraining, lifting everything twice a week, but i have found it works nicely for me.

    Ya sorry, I was really tired and forget to add in my shoulder stuff. I do military press on chest day. I do shrugs, forward and lateral raises on back day.
