I'm about to run a 12 week cycle of Test E in the next few months and was wondering how much intensity I need to add to my workouts?
Chest: Bench, Incline, Dips, Flys all 3x10
Back: Deads, BOR, 1 arm Dbell rows, pullups all 3x10
Bis: BBell curls, hammer curls, incline dbells all 3x10
Tris: Close grip bench, pull downs, skull crushers all 3x10
Legs: Leg extensions, leg curls, squats, pressess all 3x10
I do chest and tris together, back and bis together and legs by themselves.
Should I just bump up my numbers or add new lifts? Thanks for the tips.
