Hey Guys I am currently trying to get cut and increase my endurance, I was planning on doing a little over an hour fo cardio 5 times a week would that be helpful to reach my goals or is this overtraining. Any suggestions?

If endurance is your goal, then an 1hr of cardio i think may be overtraining. However I hope your not hoping to retain muscle, cause you will definitely lose plenty.
the cardio you need to do is all dependent on the amount of calories you take in. Eating more = more cardio to cut.
Morning on empty stomach for 45 mins at 65% of mhr seems so work quite well for most IMO.
