    Small question, kinda important

    sooo from what i gathered is on my AM cardio, i should do a brisc walk on the incline... reach my target heart rate for burning weight and do this for as close to an hour as i can...

    In the afternoon, after class, should i do this again, or just do some hard cardio?

    always do cardio at your decided percentage of your target heart rate (65% for me)...
    if you do it in the afternoon / evening do it at least 2 hours after your last meal.
    remember, diet it the biggest part of the picture and doing cardio twice a day will only cause your body to get used to it after a while so i usually don't do that til im about half way through my cut.

    Thanks for the help

    iM getting my diet together even as we speak... im getting some good ideas on meals, but every morning i go to the gym at 4:45 am, so yea.. i figured am cardio would do the trick, with a good strict diet!
