    used ART today and Damn!!!

if any of you have injuries, I highly recommend you see a certified Active Release Techniques provider. I had one work on my elbow tendonitis today. it hurt like a mutha, but after a few more visits, the Doc. said I should be well. Even saw 4 professional football players getting treatment from the same doctor I was seeing. just a suggestion for any of you bros that have had an injury you can't seem to get rid of.

I agree BillyB I get deep tissue work, reiki, and ART done for free once a week Makes all the difference in the world. I had a neck injury last year from a mosh pit, which was then made worse by a car crash, that I would still be dealing with if it had not been for deep tissue massage and mobilization done by this massage therapist. I recommend everyone give it a try, everyone has tightness somewhere. Try to get one that works on athletes, ask what level of competition the athletes are in. Generally the higher level athletes that go to the person, the better they are.

    ART Question

    Hey guys,

I just had a question for you fellas that have had ART performed on you. I'm a martial artist and just recently had my first session of ART for scar tissue in my hamstrings/knee tendons, performed by a doctor in Newton, MA.

My question is this: how intense was the ART session for you guys?

I ask because it seemed to me like the doctor was taking it really, really lightly with me, and I felt no pain or anything. Did you guys experience any good pain or any great effort?

    Appreciate it,
    Michael P.

I just found one just north of me (well 30 miles) I am going for my first visit on Monday.. I am stoked that people are getting help using this.. I hope I get some relief and mobility in my shoulder and in my elbow.

I will post how it goes after a few treatments
