I would say if you want good chest mass many routines would work .I think if you really focus on diet first and then do a search on all the different chest routines youll be on your way ...There are so many routines you could do for mass supersets, forced reps, prexhaust, drop sets, half reps, static holds ect, ect,I think if your diets in ck youll see the gains which ever way you chose to go ..Peace AC

Well If its your chest you want to focus on I would focus on it vs doing back work on chest day . So I would try this basic split

    day 1 Chest ,tris
    Day 2 Back ,bis
    Day 3 Rest
    Day 4 shoulders,traps
    Day 5 Legs
    Day 6 Rest
    Day 7 rest

A Sample chest routine could be but not limited to this

Decline BB Press weight is what ever it is for your strength level
    Reps 12,10,8,12
    Incline press 12,10,8,12
    Weighted dips 12,10,8,12
    DB Incline flys 12,10,8

Then do some Tri work and your done ..Work your chest hard once a week ...AC

    Why Go 12,10,8,then 12 again?

    why not go 12,10,8,6?

    Allz you need is

    Flat
    Incline
    Dips

    DONE..

    No flys...they dont build mass...

Agreed and I would also say 6-8 reps for sets or even as low as 4-6 for allout mass. 9 to 10 all out sets and done then it is a matter of eat sleep train.

Make sure your stretching out good before and after your workout. Also, after your bench exercises, try to incorperate some dumbell pullovers,a great exercise that helps to expand the chest.

hopefully you have attachment points that allow your chest to look big in the first place. if it has less than optimal shape with a real big space and line down your center, it could be a weakpoint that can never be a strong point
