    New routine help

    Hey guys i need help with a new routine. I cant workout legs at all because i had surgery in both my knees so throw legs out of the routine and im looking for and equal balance in mass and tone. so any help would be great thanks.

    were you previously "canes4ever"?

    no legs? thats really bad...what about leg extensions?...

    I guess you could just follow a regular routine...say 3 or 4 day split just without legs...

    can't do them at all? so are you seeing a PT about that to help you get back on your feet? and i agree with Newkid (who never answers to whether that is his girl in the pic) about doing a normal routine without legs involved.

    Man that really sucks with your legs being outta comission. Its gonna be hard to gain alot of mass without em! But i had reconstructive knee surgery on my right knee and it was outta the game for about 6 months.
    Heres the routine i used during that time:

    Mon - Chest, Abs
    Incline BB press (20)(15) 10,10,8
    DB flat 12,10,10,8
    Dips AMAP(3 sets)
    Flys 12,12,12

    Tues - Back, Traps
    Wide-Grip pullups (15) weighted:10,10,8,6
    DB rows 12,10,10
    Close-Grip Pulldowns 12,12,12
    Cable Rows 12,10,10
    Back Extensions 20,15,12
    (No Bent-Over Rows bc i tried them but it was too stressfull on my knees)
    BB shrugs 20,12,10,10
    Db Shrugs 10,10-

    Wed - OFF

    Thurs - Shoulders
    BB Military press (20)(15) 10,10,8,8,
    Seated side lat raises 10,10,10-
    Wide-Grip upright rows 10,10,10,8
    Reverse pec-dec 15,12,10-

    Fri - Arms
    BB curls (15) 12,10,8,8
    Preacher curls 10,10,10
    Alt DB curls 10,10,8
    Hammer curls 8,8
    Tricep pressdown 15,12,10,10
    -superset with-
    Reverse pressdowns
    Lying french press 12,10,10
    Bench dips 12,10,10

    Thats sounds like a really good routine for what im going for thanks for the help. And one more thing i want to consentrate on my lower chest do u guys have any advise on how to tone that up to get the cuts. thanks

    No problem man
    Yeah the best thing is to concentrate on dips and decline cable crossovers..also diet is gonna play a big part in that as well
