Working out and cardio right after to much?

I have no time at all in the afternoon to do my workout or cardio right now and it will be this way for the next couple of months.

Is it to much to work out and do cardio about 10 minutes after?

I understand for max results it's best to do them seperate but I have no time...school/work..

that would be fine by me...
i know some guys on this board who claim to do the same thing...
i would bring my protein shake with me to down immediately after cardio so i can get it in as close to the end of my training as possible...

Yeah bro i use to do cardio after my weight sessions for about 15-25 min. I liked doing it that way because i was busy with school and work all the time plus its a good way to go about burning some unwanted fat because after you workouts your heart rate is already elevated and your glycogen stores are depleated so you start burning fat alot quicker!

i do cardio after work outs all the time, i dont have time other wise as well.
ive had great results since i started it. i go for 20-30 mins cross trainer/ bike nice and easy burning off 300 cals and jump rope for something different for like 10 mins to get sweating def bring your shake with you as youll need it right after the cardio.

xtina: 10 mins of jumprope is all i do, this is plenty of time since im no pro at it, im dripping sweat by the time 10 mins is up and this is stop and go, not full jumpin for 10 mins. i dont do it every day, 3 days a week or so but

i think its a great way to get your heart goin and a nice sweat in lil time.
