    A couple routine Q's

    Routine:
    M-Back, Bis
    T-Chest, Tri
    W-off
    TH-Abs, Forearms
    F-Shoulder, Trap
    S-off
    S-Legs, Calves

Does this seem like a decent routine?
Also i work at safeway and im walking for 8 hours a day so after my leg day im smashed and im walking around like ive got a stick up my butt. Anybody else have to deal with this? Any helpfull hints? Any help is cool. Thx

I'd like to put chest first. I would like to keep more days in between legs and back because I do dl on back day, and lower back gets a little bit of work during legs. I don't really like doing chest with my back being sore, because your back is almost like your "launching pads" so to speak on chest day.

CAPS I would try that, it might help you go bigger on your lifts. I know that having a day off before legs and after makes a big difference in my other lifts.

If you stretch really good before you go to work, that would probably help alot. Have you tried this?
