Is it better to workout a body part once a week or twice a week? I always have energy to work out a body part twice a week. But, does that effect my growth factor? I also go heavy on the weights.

i altnerate all the time but at this point im doing a 2x a week training method w/ small sessions

i used to be able to workout a body part twice a week until i realized i wasnt training hard enough...i enjoy my days off from the gym to just completely relax and repair. but when i am in the gym IT IS ON!Originally Posted by vincor

vincor, i would say to read what Tai posted because that article really is good. and i'm bumping this because a new one of these threads is about to start and hopefully they read this. i agree on doing weights based on goals (mass, strength, athletics)
