You'll hate me when I tell you this, but all I do are side lateral raises.
I never do any direct shoulder work, as they get thrashed from flat bench press and incline press movements with long arms. So, to finish them off, 4-5 sets of side-raises and I am done. They are a bodypart I really don't have to train, much like traps.
