    Chest Workouts???

I have flat bench press, incline bench, and weigthed dips for chest.

But I need at sub for weighted dips. Anybody know some good chest workouts? I was thinking, dumbell flyes.

Im not a big fan of flyes, dont really feel it as much as I would another pressing exercise. Incorporate dumbbells somewhere...so, dumbbell decline.

i love flat dumbell flyes because of the streatch you get. i really believe they are great for adding mass to the outsides of your chest if you go really heavy.

Exactly. Flyes are one of the best mass builders for chest. I do them every workout; either flat or incline.

how do you figure flys are one of the "best mass builders" for chest? they are shaping exercises...

go with heavy DB presses (decline and/or incline) instead of weighted dips for some added size in your routine. Close grip bench really torches and adds mass to the tris, and this will help improve your bench as well.

not sure about that..I never feel much when I do flies. Feel it more in my shoulders than my chest anyway
