Front Delts sore after Chest workout

Sometimes after I do my chest workout my front delts are really sore. My chest is also sore but my front delts more.

Am I doing something wrong or is this ok?

You do know that you use your shoulders for chest movements right?

try throwing a couple sets of overhead press and some lat raises and calling it a day for chest/shoulders

my "front delts" get a good workout with my chest routine, i don't think you are doing anything wrong. if you're doing incline presses they work the delts well...

yea my delts get a good workout as well. but if they are overly sore or there is pain that is a sign of overworking your chest and your delts are recruited to "shoulder" the load so to speak or it could be improper form. but yea my front delts get a workout during chest day.

100% agreed...thats why i almost always stick to dumbells...bob chicerillo's chest is huge and he never bench presses...only does dumbells and cables...he has slammed the bench press many times.

My delt routine is quick. Presses, Side lifts, rear flys, and go home.
