I recently did squats with my heels elevated and it really worked my quads well. does anyone do this? or does anyone have any info about this they wouldn't mind sharing? i did a search and reviewed a few variation examples but this really helped me torch my quads and was just wanting some brotherly input on this. thanks, nOva![]()

) and i did it on the edge of that, but it was probably about 3 inches off the ground. i did these after my 2 sets of heavy squats and my leg press routine. so i used 115 lbs and did 2 sets of 20 reps, and i was seriously grunting from the quad burn. hope you like it ...
