NOTE TO SELF:
Don't ever eat cafeteria food, specifically scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and some veggies in the morning, after getting 5 hours of sleep and then try to do Wide grip Chin-ups, Deadlift, Wide Lat Pulldowns, and Low Cable Rows...In the middle of my lift, after my last set of Deadlifts, which surprisingly I did for the most I've ever done, I had to leave to go to the bathroom and after a feeling of light headedness, PROJECTILE VOMITTED...That puke had wings, haha...Also noted, after this happened I went back in the gym and actually had a great second half of my lift with Wide Lat Pulls and Low cable rows....haha, that sucked....
