It's almost 70 degrees in Ohio today and it's beautiful. I rode 6 miles yesterday, amd want to ride 9 today, but...
today is supposed to be leg day at the gym.
I'm on the following cycle.
Test Cyp 750 mg EW
EQ 600 mg EW
Anavar 75 mg ED
HCG 250 iu E3D
Proviron 37.5 mg ED
T-3 150 mcg ED
Clen 100 mcg ED
I'm 16% bodyfat
6'2"
250lbs
mainly worried about getting to under 12% while maintaining muscle, or gaining a little.
My legs are about 27" last time I measured them, so I can afford to miss a day of squats and leg press.
Should I
A. work legs at the gym and then ride my bike
B. Just lift legs at the gym
C. Just ride bike hard to get leg workout and cardio in one session
