Sup bros.. Recently, I have been speaking to alot of people and they all seem to stay away from the bench press but rather only stick to dumbells as their press movements.. I had shoulder problems in the passed year and for the passed few months I have been using just DB's and have been seeing pretty good results and my shoulders werent doing to bad (thank g-d) Yesterday I worked out chest with only Flat bench followed by incline DB's and today the soreness in my shoulders is EXTREME.. kinda hurts.. its probably bc i havent been doing BP in quite a while.. I think i may just stick with DB's though.. Anybody ONLY stick with dumbells? why or why not? thanks very much bros
