I have not worked out in 2 years, thats a long story but now Iam back! I have remained in OK shape but Iam looking to get back to how I was long long ago. I was thinking on running the below mentioned cycle and was looking for suggestions and/or opinions. I want to gain size and loose some of this fat that has managed to grow on me while I was inactive in the gym. I know that my diet will be key in everything.

WK 1-12 400mg EQ.
WK 1-12 500mg EN.

Iam unclear on how to use anti-e's, the person who I obtained all of my gear from told me that there was no need for them if you taylored your self off of the gear, by this he ment you slowly bring your self off be reducing the ammount which you injected until you were totally off.

Can someone please explain to me or direct me in the right direction in how to obtain this information?
