Hey guy's and gal's.
I used to train alot, and i stopped a few months back because of a few things in my life, and in that time, i have put on alot of weight, and not the good kind!!!
So anyway, i need to strip down.
i was talking to some friends and they recommend this training guide to strip me down.
in the morning before breakfast, take 1 efrogin, 1 asprin and a black coffee, then go for a jog,
also while doing this take a combo of winstrol and clenbuterol.
of course while doing this eaying correctly and doing other training inbetween but i was wondering if any1 else could give me an insight into anything else i could do
