So, I took the last month off from real life..

Put in my 30 days notice at work last month, then took my 4 weeks paid vacation, took off to halifax to spend time with the new girlfriend, and did nothing but relax, train, and eat right.. No internet, no work, no cell phone, no pager, no stress, just focused on training and spending time with my new girl before she goes sailing (she's a soldier in the Canadian Navy).

I must say it was the best month of my workout career. Every day was clockwork, am cardio, never missing a meal, train every night. Not only was it enjoyable and stress free, I also made the best gains in a short period of time that I have ever gotten.

Now, I only wish I could do this full time, but its back to real life for me...

Anyway, to anyone who ever gets the chance to do what I did the last month, I totally reccomend it. I feel like a new man, for the first time in long time im not stressed out, and my body is responding better than it ever has before. Dropped my bodyfat by 2 1/2%, yet my bodyweight has dropped by less than a pound. Big increases in all my workout weight and reps.

Anyway, I havent been around for the last month, so I wanted to let all my bro's here know everything was going smooth and that im back (I had a few pm's about where I was).

Ya man, I really needed these last few week. Working in hell for the devil himself has really gotten to me over time. It was to the point where I was seriously ready to flip out. I couldnt get along with anyone, and on top of that, I just got out of a relationship with a girl I was completely in love with..

It screwed up some plans I had, but I dont regret it one bit. I feel like a new man.

On top of that, the new girl is awesome, and doesnt mind my steroid use one bit, 'as long as your sure your healthy and safe'..

But ya, it was amazing. I wish I could do just that all the time. Actually, its going to start to get much better, especially this fall when I go back to university. Even now, no more shift work makes a big difference. Going to sleep every night like a normal person is awesome...

Well done! Its like the Thoreau mindset. Just let it all go and you will be able to accomplish the most.
