befor my cycle. I usally work out one muscle a day, and abs, cardio 30 twice a week. i work out 3 days on 1 day off., iam 25 5'6" 167lb 13% bf.... Now that i am on aas, should i countinue with the same work out, or does anyone have a better routine for me????
A friend told me now that i am on a cycle my muscles will heal faster, so i could work out 2 muscles a day, and i will get more gain..
