1) U either bulk or cut, not both
2) Running is a horrid choice for either goal.
3) How much cardio you do will depend on what you decide for #1.

BTW, I've seen your diet threads and all that stuff, and I have to say that you're going to want to pick something, a direction, and stick to it. You're trying to piecemeal something together and it's been weeks already, and that kind of non-execution and confused planning ain't gonna get it done.

I would keep doing the eliptical but keep your heart reat down in the fat burning zone for 45 min.
Also try to work in 45 min AM light cardio on an Empty stomach.........it works wonders. Try to do some cardio every day....exept right after doing legs.

LOL well you are asking how often you should be running, hence the negative comment on using it as a cardio choice???
Cycling,or rowing machines would be a beter choice than running

You should NOT be running at all! Thats what they are trying to tell you. Slow jog @70%/MHR or a stationary bike like someone else suggested for 30-45 minutes. If you reall wanna cut, do it everyday.Originally Posted by anavar100
Your Eliptical all depends on how fast your going and what your HR is.
Damn am I missing something here????????
