i started doing cardio 3 times a week by jumping ropes 30 mins early in the morning on empty stomach then after i finish i take a protein shake , then have my breakfast , sounds good ?

does what sound good? the whole routine? diet? jumprope? i personally dont see how ur calfs dont explode after jumping up and down for 30mins straight...
jumping rope works great. I combine jumping rope and walking 4.5mph on a treadmill to a slight jog at 8.0mph for my cardio routines. I try to stray away from those eliptical machines..
