Can I have your opinion on....

if it would be better to train each bodypart twice in 8 days, rather than one in 7. The reason I am asking is I don't really know which one is best. I did prefer training each bodypart twice in 8 days but not sure if I am overtraining. My body did not feel like it was.

leave a minimum of 72 hours between when u train a bodypart and the next time u do it.
    eg.
    monday and thursday
(lower back and legs take a bit longer to recover)

Nobody does.....that's the trick! Each person is different but I really like the HIT routine.

    toooo many variables
    what are u goals?
how many sets/reps/excercises do u do for a body part?
    how heavy do u go?
how long have u been lifting?
stuff like that would help immensely
