Been doing 20-30 minutes of cardio 3 X a week for the last 3 weeks. I slowly added weights to my workouts and am now lifting 4 X a week. It is week 1 for lifting AND cardio and I can barely use my muscles that I work each day. For example, did chest and abs today and I can barely squeeze the steering wheel. Also, after I eat I feel like puking for 5 or 10 minutes after. Is it my body in shock?? Is it the PWO shakes and mega mens vitamins that I take?? Or is this completely normal?? Thanks for the help!!
