Im looking to build lean mass, and loose some body fat.

Is it better to do cardio in the morning on a empty stomach or after weight training?

Also if i do cardio on a empty stomach in the morning is it still ok to take the liquid amino acids before and after cardio.

And is there ever too much cardio?? I dont wanna look like one of those skinny dudes from Tour De France
