i have been working out with my brother recently and im feeling like i might be over training...our workouts go like this
chest
4 exercises with 4 sets of 10 reps and then we do alittle triceps...usually i only do 3 sets of 10 when i workout but my brother always does 4 sets with everything he does...am i overtraining by doing the 4 sets of 4 exercises?? every workout is like this whether its back or shoulders or legs...would it be more benificial to do 3 sets or 4??
