    Cardio Debate

    When you do PM cardio instead of your normal training, say its an incline walk for 30 minutes to stretch, etc....would would your pw meal consist of? Still shake with simple carbs? Shake and no carbs? Shake and then a meal with carbs? Thoughts.....last meal of day besids prebed casein........

    I answered this in the other thread, but I'll reply here. You don't need to spike your blood sugar after cardio, no need. The only reason people do it after weights is because it eliminates the catibolic state your bodys in, and some believe it helps your muscles absorb the protein better/quicker. You wouldn't need this after a cardio session. Eat whatever your diet calls for at that time.

    just a meal, or a shake and carbs after like oats?
