    outer chest

Does anyone have a few good exercise suggestions for shaping the outer edge of my pecs to include the lower outer, they kind of just merge into my pits with no real definition and give a sense of bitch tits. Thanks. B

no, it makes the line between the chest and shoulder more visable. so the chest dosen't look like it merges into the armpit

Firstly, wrong forum, but I guess you wanted more visibility huh? I understand, and if the mods don't mind neither do I.

Secondly, , I just always wanted to use that smilie.

Thirdly, keep plugging on the bench, you'll get more separation in this area as development increases.

Lastly, you should also do far-reaching, flat bench dumbbell flies to shore up that outer region. They are done in variety of ways, but one of the best illustrations mimics hugging a barrel.

What you don't want to do, and I hope we don't have to get into this argument, is "widen your grip" to hip the outer part of the chest....To spare myself the effort of explaining this, just trust me when I tell you grip placement doesn't determine the area of chest you are working...Eat, Lift, Sleep, Repeat...Formula for success....

flat or decline flies and angle the DBs out slightly and it will help to add some shape to outer chest area. The other ideas are good too for adding size to the whole area.
