Question Tricep development - Back and bi's over shadow

My back is good and my bicep is like a little ball, but ym triceps r lacking.

It was suggested i lay off back and bi's for a little bit and concetrate on my tri's - )i really don't do much bicep work but they get hit with my back )

    Good idea bad idea?

Bi's nothing - they get worked when i do back - my back work out is a little extensive - i do various different kinds of rows and pull downs

Tri's - pushdown's and the tricep pull down thing (not sure of what it is called.

I also do quite a few push up's that target my tri's rather than chest.

My tricept is hard, but flat - just over shadowned quite a bit by bi's

back i do alone and don't do bi workoutbecause i already know they grow all on thier own with my back work outs.

Don't stop training back and biceps. Just train them lighter.

    For tricep development:

3-4 sets cable pull down (rope or V-bar) keep your shoulders back and elbows tight at your side and really squeeze your tricep at the bottom.)
3-4 sets cable pull over head
    3-4 sets skull crushers
    3-4 sets tricep dumbbell extensions
3-4 sets close grip flat bench
3-4 sets Hanging dips (if you can't do them with your body weight do them on the assited dip machine.)

Pick 3 or 4 out of that list for your tricep workout and don't do the same each week. Also each week switch up the order. I hope this helps.

I really like the rope over head pull downs or regular pull downs. Really get some good outside shape to the tri's

I've trained with a few women and their rep range is 10-12 reps.

I wish I had that problem.

I like the suggestion Carlos gave. Also try hitting triceps before chest. I have tried this with biceps and its working a lil.
