Stacked's take on the show "The biggest loser"

This is the first time I've seen it, its on right now actually. What a bunch of bullshit, I'd be so embarassed to show my fat, cry baby ass on that show if I were some of those lard ass ****s!! Not only are they fat, they are weak emotionally and act like 5 year olds who throw a tantrum in the grocery store. I just watched some 500 lb fatass get pissed off because he had to crawl backwards across about a 20' section of the beach, the guy was throwing sand, it was pretty funny. All I'm saying is this, why the hell would you let it get to that point b4 you decided to do something? You need a Nationally televised show to get your fat ass to do something? This is why I never succeeded at being a personal trainer, and the scrawny guys do. It's simple, I know what I've been through to get where I am, and I'm going to tell em' like it is. I'm not going to candy coat it, I'm not going to tell them good job when what they've done is mediocre or poor. I can look at the way they train and know wether they have it in them or not, and none of the fat ****s on this show have much in them. After the broadcast is over, they'll be back to eating crap and sitting on the couch. I think they need a show called "the biggest bastard" where they take 50 people and give them $5000 each to spend on anything they want to help them get bigger within a 10 week period. Trainer, juice, food, supplements, whatever. The one who gains the most lbs of muscle wins.

I like the show. I can't understand how someone will let them get to the point of being that disgusting looking. If I looked like that, I'd expect someone to shoot me.

I don't know what it is, but watching someone that big running on a treadmill is like watching a lava lamp. It's weird, but for some reason I can't look away, I get mesmorized by it.

By the way, I'd love to sign up for your Biggest MoFo program. For $5000 for 10 weeks, I'll do what ever you need for ratings.

I'm waiting on my brother to email me the damn pictures. I'm dissapointed in the whole thing, I ended up taking 4th out of the 4 in my class. The guy who had first was pretty good, I knew I didnt have him, and the guy who got 2nd had more defintion in the quads than me, but I would have had 3rd as well as 2nd beat if I didnt flatten out. I swear I will never cut water again or take another diuretic. **** dropping water at 18 hrs out, the difference is negligable if you come to the thing in shape to begin with. The first thing it does is flatten my quads and biceps. I took a couple diazydes Fri night and between those and the water drop I ****ed myself. I wasnt planning on them this year, but when you step on the scale Fri night at 202 and wanna get to light heavies it's tempting to do it and weigh in the next morning. I looked great at the night show after eating crap all day, but IMO I peaked too early for this one, and the water drop and diuretics ****ed me more. I had lost a total of 53 lbs from the start of my diet to weigh in, too overboard. I'l get the pics up as soon as I get them, I really just need a break from this shit for awhile, I'm kind of burnt out. I'm switching to powerlifting for awhile. I juust want to get bigger and stronger right now, and get back to the days when the gym was fun again and I was getting stronger and feeling good, not sick and run down b/ my bf was so low I hardly had the energy to wipe my ass.

they get some awsome results in that show though. But it sounds to me they are on starvation diets so I wonder what happens the weeks after the cameras are gone....

stacked you may not have come first but dam it man you have accomplished so much more than a trophy could ever show.
You had the determination to reach a goal you set yourself and you saw it through right till the very end. That in itself is worthy of praise.

You can only take what you learned an improve on it. It's just going to make you that much BETTER next time around.
    It reminds me this quote:
"If you have made mistakes, even serious ones, there is always another chance for you. What we call failure is not the falling down but the staying down." - Mary Pickford"
You did everyone proud Stacked. Hold your head up high.

I watched it; There's nothing else on on Wednesdays.

I especially enjoyed the part when the 6'5" 450 pounder jumped 1 inche in the air off of the sand pile and landed on the sissie's head and he started crying. Now that's entertainment! Not to mention how smokin' hot the new blonde trainer is.

I agree with 305guy. I enjoy the show and I think it can serve as a motivational tool for many folks who are truly obese. Sure 95% of people will say "I could lose that much weight too if I was in a controlled environment with my owner trainer and meals prepared," but even if 1% or 2% of the people who watch the show decide to try to lose weight, I think thats great.

Hell yeah! They need a show called "The Road to Olympia". All you do is watch these guys eat, juice, lift, and cry like bitches when they forget to take their anti-e's.

    I'd watch it!
