I'm waiting on my brother to email me the damn pictures. I'm dissapointed in the whole thing, I ended up taking 4th out of the 4 in my class. The guy who had first was pretty good, I knew I didnt have him, and the guy who got 2nd had more defintion in the quads than me, but I would have had 3rd as well as 2nd beat if I didnt flatten out. I swear I will never cut water again or take another diuretic. **** dropping water at 18 hrs out, the difference is negligable if you come to the thing in shape to begin with. The first thing it does is flatten my quads and biceps. I took a couple diazydes Fri night and between those and the water drop I ****ed myself. I wasnt planning on them this year, but when you step on the scale Fri night at 202 and wanna get to light heavies it's tempting to do it and weigh in the next morning. I looked great at the night show after eating crap all day, but IMO I peaked too early for this one, and the water drop and diuretics ****ed me more. I had lost a total of 53 lbs from the start of my diet to weigh in, too overboard. I'l get the pics up as soon as I get them, I really just need a break from this shit for awhile, I'm kind of burnt out. I'm switching to powerlifting for awhile. I juust want to get bigger and stronger right now, and get back to the days when the gym was fun again and I was getting stronger and feeling good, not sick and run down b/ my bf was so low I hardly had the energy to wipe my ass.
