Well I have always done squats and deads and stuff like that but lately I have become obsessed with all olympic lifts and I love it. I am seeing the best results in the shortest time. So yesterday I was snatching and pressing like 185 for reps and it dawned on me that I am starting to go a little bit heavier and I don't wear a belt. What do you guys think of this? My thoughts are a belt gives your back a false sense of security and then one day when I don't have it I will blow out my back. Does anyone else feel this way?

Lifts I do weekly are

Deads
Squats
Clean and Jerk
Push Press

I generally go heavy and never use a belt
