Change your routine if you're worried about making 10 reps, or just put more weight on and do less reps.
a way that i got out of a situation like that is to start doing dumbell press instead of regular flat bench and to start hitting the shoulders more, that has always worked for me, id do 4 week of dumbell press and get back on a bench and my max would be higher than what it was, so i say change it up.
You might be overtraining.
Could be the heat or the humide.
Have you been neglecting any other body parts that assist with Bench Presses, like Triceps or Front Delts? Just a thought.
