    Hes not big he just has a little neck...

    How can i safley make my neck bigger without hurting my neck?A guy i workout with told me to put a 50lbs dumbell on my forhead and push up while laying halfway off a bench.i didnt do it cause it looked dangerous at anyweight.

    LMAO, nice call not expirmenting with a 50lb dumbbell on your forehead. however you can do this exercise with a 10 or even 25lb plate

    heavy squats and deads will automatically work your neck a little bit, but if you feel you need to work it directly i would just go with the neck machine. do 2 sets to failure in each direction once or twice a week and you will see some results.

    I would suggest using a towel, seriously! Take the towel and put it around your forehead like Daniel-son in Karate Kid and use your hands for tension. Tilt your head in all directions whilst having the tension, this will atleast get you started. Hope this makes sense to you.

    heavy shrugs/power shrugs/behind the back smith machine shrugs

    try everything under the sun for direct neck isolating movements and waist your time trying to grow a bigger neck trust me, if those worked my neck would be HUGE from years of those type excersises with boxing

    when I played football, we used to use a device that would slip on your head and had some chains hanging down so you could attach plates to it, then you would just raise your head up and down like you were saying yes, you could also do it laterally .. it works great

    look around at places that supply gym equipment or accessories

    try the thing you put on over your head or with the plates or just use your hands. Just push against the side of your head as move it side to side or forward and backward.

    bridging helps what wrestlers do to help roll there necks out, also in boxing we used a head harness with weights attatched you could check out a boxing site/store and find one, they help alot.
