    Cutting Workout

    Hi bros, currently bulking atm but im looking to start cutting later in the year, im just looking for ideas for a workout routine, anybody got a basic cutting plan already written up on here i could gain ideas from?

    the days i can train are mon,wed,fri,sat and can perform cardio on any day. obviously im looking to incorporate plenty super sets, drop sets, shrot rest periods etc in the training to the point where i'm not overtraining.

    i've never really done anything like this before, so this isn't really my area of knowledge unfortunately!

    i will be using clen and AAS throughout the cutting also.

    I think the main thing u need to do is change up your diet, and cut that way, and of course more cardio. AM cardio would be ideal, on an empty stomach. I personally don't think changing up your workout routine would be that crucial, you should see results from cardio and a cutting diet.

    cutting is diet and cardio, not the workout, if you want a workout look at the sticky"various training programs"posted on this forum at the top of the page
