i was wondering if working out monday through friday and off days being saturday and sunday wasnt enough rest.
mon-chest tris'
tues-legs
wed-shoulder traps
thurs-back bis
fri-chest tris
the follwoing moinday would start legs off so chest and tris wouldnt get 2 days a week and all the other groups only 1 so week 2 would give me legs 2 days a week week 3would give me shoulder traps 2 times a week and week for would give me back bis and so on. tell me if this isnt good.
