    is this true you?

    I'm concentrating on my upper body, my legs are already big, i was told that if you work your legs with your upper body your body releases more natural Test. I always thought it was better to save your calories on the muscle group you wanted to grow.

    Test levels have been shown to increase after heavy squatting ect. I certainly would not work my legs with upper body based on this though.

    I never heard the test boost claim, but I have read that it increases growth hormones. I don't think you neccesarily ahve to do it the same day, remember your muscles are continuously grwoing, not just while your training them. Despite the size in your legs, I would continue training them. Bigger lower=bigger upper. I always tell people to look at your body as an equation, can't get one side bigger without the other.
