    Arrow How does this sound.

    This is going to be my diet I'm not posting macros or anything because I dont have my scales yet.


    Meal 1: grits

    Meal 2: 2 chicken breasts

    Meal 3: 1 chickin breats and a cup of brown rice.

    Meal 4: two tuna sandwhiches on wholewheat bread.

    Meal 5: Steak and yams

    Meal 6: oatmeal PBJ natt on wholewheat bread.


    That is going to be my six meals for the day I am going to add protine and carb drinks one in the moring and perhaps a protine bar at lunch and another protine and carb drink after I get home from work.

    I know this diet is going to need alot of work but i'm going to build on it.
    oh and by the way it is a bulking diet and I know alot of you are going to say its not enough food but I will increase the amount of cals as I go because I need to stretch my stomach.

    and I will probably eat more than 6 meals a day. depending on how long I am up. I'm going to eat every 3 hours.

    You don't need scales to post macros

    too much protein IMO

    good

    WW bread is fine but if your doing 2 cans tuna thats too much protein IMO

    drop the PBJ sandwich and add protein

    Where is your PWO shake??

    I wouldn't bother.

    Post macros, near impossible to critique without. What are your stats?

    age 20
    weight 165. was 173 but got sick and lost weight.
    not sure about my bodyfat.

    It's critical you post macros so we know how much your taking in for your bulk.
