This is going to be my diet I'm not posting macros or anything because I dont have my scales yet.

Meal 1: grits
Need protein here.
Meal 2: 2 chicken breasts
too much protein IMO
Meal 3: 1 chickin breats and a cup of brown rice.
good
Meal 4: two tuna sandwhiches on wholewheat bread.
WW bread is fine but if your doing 2 cans tuna thats too much protein IMO
Meal 5: Steak and yams
good
Meal 6: oatmeal PBJ natt on wholewheat bread.
drop the PBJ sandwich and add protein

That is going to be my six meals for the day I am going to add protine and carb drinks one in the moring and perhaps a protine bar at lunch and another protine and carb drink after I get home from work.
I wouldn't bother.
I know this diet is going to need alot of work but i'm going to build on it.
oh and by the way it is a bulking diet and I know alot of you are going to say its not enough food but I will increase the amount of cals as I go because I need to stretch my stomach.
