Hey all these are some old pictures of me when I first started lemme know what you think.
Here are some more pictures of me a little further into my training.
These pictures are from about a year ago but newest pics I got.
what do you guys think did I make okay progress? I'll take some new pictures as soon as I figure out how to get my cam to work on this computer.
Shit that is some pretty good progress..it looks like you really focus on your arms more so than legs. What is the time period in btwn these?
kudos on the dedication man - not many people have that![]()
I think i was about 15-16 in the first ones and 17 in the second set and 18 in the last. thank you guys for the comments![]()
Great results, at your age the sky's the limit. Are you training legs? Keep the balance in all things, Live Strong Bro
Def improving man, just keep throwin on the mass and you best be doing legs!
Nice improvment.
Great job bro, I had a similar build but a bit skinnier when I first started...
Keep educating yourself, it'll be what separates you from the rest.

Good job bro, you can definitely see improvement in each stage keep it up.
you've definitely improved and your getting into it very early which means you have a lot of time (and natural test levels!) to gain. legs as everyone else mentioned are very important in having a complete physique (so try and get a good base going asap) and i'd say start hitting your back hard.
best of luck to you and keep us posted
def see the progress mate. well done, keep it up!
Nice
