Ok, so i have been doing the ironman hit which is an incredible program totally changed my training methods. The program has you fail at rep ranges between 12-15, 8-10, and 1-5 to exhaust 3 different muscle fibers in each rep range and finish off the muscle witht hese 3 sets. Well i really like training the 15 rep range to failure and i feel i see results form this set along and i have heard of guys like craig titus doing what i am about to propose. Can i change my rep ranges to 25-30, 12-15, and 8-10? Will this screw up the targeted muscle fibers i am trying to fatigue, would sets in rep ranges of 12- 15 and 25-30 fatigue the same fibers? Thanks guys and any experience would be great obviously i can give it a try and see how it works out but i would like to run it by everyone first and get their views thanks for the help.
